I didn't already have any issues for getting to sleep, but my sleep quality improved quite a bit, plus I feel like my digestive system got a lot better.

Helps with sleep...lots of water at bed tho
This supplement really helps. I got the melatonin free supp because I'm sensitive to melatonin.
This helps me fall asleep fast. Only issue I have is, a full glass of water for this is a lot of water for me. I end up waking up in the middle of the night wish it had a smaller scoop serving like the energy supps.
Will continue to play around with this supp for sleep.
